How do I get someone out of jail?
There are options available to getting a person out of jail.
- Letting inmate sit until their court date. (timeframe depends on evidence and court)
- Paying a cash bond (full amount of bond)
- Hiring legal consul to act as bondsman (possible conflict of interest)
- Using a bondsman to post bond (fee is less than actual amount of bond)

What else is required of me?
An application with all the personal information of client and cosigner as well as three references on file. A contract assuming liability for non appearance in court and conditions of being on bond. The Sheriff's office requires an immigration form completed and signed.
